Refund policy
RETURNS
Retailers want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Due to regulations on alcoholic beverages, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- The product was damaged during shipping
- The product received was incorrect
- The order was incomplete or missing items
To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must contact the retailer’s customer service team within 2 weeks of delivery and provide your order number and, if applicable, photos of the issue. Returns for reasons other than damage, defect, or fulfillment error are not accepted. Only issues involving damage, defect, or fulfillment error are eligible. All other sales are final.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued only after the issue has been reviewed and approved by the retailer’s customer service team. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 3 to 4 business days from the issue date, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing time. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fulfillment error.
EXCHANGES / REPLACEMENTS
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, the retailer will offer either:
- A replacement,
- A discount/refund based on the product’s price
If the item is out of stock for reshipment, the retailer can proceed with a full refund after retrieving the original bottles (if the cost is over $25 and subject to verification that original bottle condition standards are satisfied.
ORDER CANCELATIONS
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or packed (on a pallet) at no additional cost. Orders that are already in transit may still be canceled; however, the customer will be responsible for any recall or return shipping fees. Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be canceled.
AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcohol from this retailer. A valid government-issued photo ID may be required upon delivery. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if age verification cannot be completed.
