Tutsi is the sacred agave spirit of the Wixárika people, indigenous communities from Northwest Jalisco globally renowned for their intricate chaquira (beadwork) and their ancestral distillation traditions.

This exceptional spirit, crafted by Don Rafael, is made from wild-foraged maguey masparillo. It undergoes a single distillation inside a hollowed-out tree trunk—a unique technique found nowhere else on earth, which has officially given this historic apparatus the name of the Wixárika distiller.

Each bottle is presented in a hand-beaded box. Far from mere packaging, every single box is a unique, unrepeatable piece of art. The artists use their beadwork as a visual language to depict scenes from daily life, farming, prayers, ceremonies, and sacred offerings, serving as a direct connection to their gods and ancestral traditions.

Highly Limited Release | 9 Bottles Available Worldwide

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE IMAGES SHOWN ARE REPRESENTATIVE OF THE EXTRAORDINARY CRAFTSMANSHIP OF THESE HAND BEADED WORKS OF ART.

YOUR PURCHASE WILL INCLUDE ONE OF NINE DIFFERENT HANDCRAFTED BOXES. WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE REQUESTS FOR A SPECIFIC DESIGN.

EACH BEADED BOX IS AN AUTHENTIC, ONE-OF-A-KIND WORK OF ART SELECTED TO ACCOMPANY THIS VERY LIMITED RELEASE OF TUTSI. INDIVIDUALLY CRAFTED BY HAND, NO TWO ARE ALIKE, MAKING EVERY PAIRING A RARE AND HIGHLY COLLECTIBLE PIECE.
